Initial consultation fees are non-refundable, while project deposits (typically 25-50% of the project cost) are also non-refundable, as they secure our resources for your project. For monthly retainers, we require a 30-day notice for cancellation, during which services will continue as agreed. Refunds for project-based work are limited and available only if requested before significant work begins. In cases of unmet performance-based metrics, we may offer conditional money-back guarantees, provided claims are filed within the specified timeframe and documented. Third-party costs and expenses are excluded from refunds. When a refund isn’t feasible, we offer alternative solutions such as service credits, additional work, or project revisions at no extra cost. This structured approach ensures a balanced, professional partnership that protects the interests of both the client and Strategy Spark AI LLC.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and www.strategy-spark.org regarding your use of our website and supersede any prior agreements between us concerning this subject matter.
